RadixLab was born in Pasadena, California – right next to Caltech, a place where science and rigor shape everyday life. Our founder, FanKe, is a food-industry expert, someone who has spent over twenty years navigating supplement factories, ingredient suppliers, and R&D labs. Over time, he became increasingly troubled by what he saw: the industry’s harsh tricks and aggressive technologia – products packed with unnecessary additives, masked flavors, GMOs, and formulas that looked scientific but were in fact overdosed.

The mission became personal at the kitchen table. FanKe’s own six-year-old was a picky eater who flatly refused vegetables and vitamins. When he tried to give her standard industry vitamins, she gagged and spat out the large and clunky pills. Upon inspecting “children’s” alternatives on the market, FanKe was shocked to find most used glucose syrup and sugar as the primary ingredients, and dosages were set at levels intended for 6-foot-tall adults. He realized the industry wasn’t designing for kids; they were simply sugarcoating adult formulas.

Determined to create a better way, FanKe teamed up with a few pediatrician friends to strip away the “hooking” additives and reckless megadoses. They designed formulas to focus on clean, gentle ingredients and child-appropriate dosages that met a child’s actual nutritional gaps. But the biggest challenge remained: How to make a child want to take it?.

The inspiration came from the playful joy of soda. By carefully balancing citric acid and baking soda, FanKe developed a unique “bubbly” formula. Instead of a hard pill to swallow, a “bubbly” tablet was created that released a gentle, playful fizz on the tongue before it melted away. When his little one tried it for the first time, she laughed and immediately asked for another.
